I understand that this verification will involve accessing publicly available property records from the Deeds Office and other relevant databases.

I confirm that the information provided in this application is true and correct and that I am the prospective tenant or an authorised representative acting on their behalf. I consent to the processing of my personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013.

I understand that the verification report will be shared with me and may include details about the property ownership status, title deed information, and any discrepancies found between the landlord's claims and official records.
